Jazzy is a gifted personal trainer. She doesn’t only have the expertise based on her formal training, which are vast (Buttocks-specialist, nutrition, work with women in postpartum, etc. ), she has so much more. When she works with me, she exhibits a level of dedication, caring and passion that people are born with. She makes sure that I work in the most effective way to reach my fitness goals, while ensuring that I have proper form as I lift weighs, do squats or longes. I have a sensitive lower back but with Jazzy, I’ve never felt any pressure on my back when she challenges me. And if I ever indicate some discomfort, she is quick to respond. I feel safe. You must register for a trial class as soon as possible; you will not regret it.

This review is for Jazzy 💕. I just want to say being able to work with her was a pleasure. She is a woman who takes fitness serious but also is fun to train with, she will push you and encourage you. Jazzy has listened to what my fitness goal was and she delivered on that but not only that she has helped me with meal plans to reach my goal even better. She cares for your health, form, happiness etc. she is such a determined woman and a girls girl! Jazzy has made me feel beyond comfortable and beautiful as well. I loved working out with her! I can say so much but I do want to point out she is one of the best fitness coaches ever! She will not disappoint anyone ever! You also will see results for your fitness journey with her.
